Does anybody have this?

I hear it makes use of the other hundreds of Meg of RAM that u probably have. Win 98 and below only makes use of 64meg...

My boss recently purchased a PC with XP on it for someone in the office. . and the computer guys were having problems installing certain programs on it~!!

This was two weeks ago and the computer is still not up and running~!!!

What's so special about XP~?? And, is it true that you cannot purchase a PC now without XP on it~?? (just rumours I have heard)

well...certainly ....u should check into compatibility of all your drivers...before installing! LOL....

drivers for your sound cards, cdroms, harddrives, as well as other software ....were set up to work with win95/98....

that is why i have been slow to install it....

ohso...what is special about it is...that

for one:

does your computer have more than 64meg (this number may have increased to 128) of RAM? well....what does your computer do with that extra RAM? Absolutely NOTHING. XP makes use of ALL the RAM...making your PC more efficient and much much faster!
