Fam, this is sad, but we have this OLD black man who just started at the job and this mofo has a touching problem.

I first learned about it from the female who was taking her braids out. She told ne that this man touched her legs one day when she was wearing a short skirt and said "You have some nice legs".

She went off and told him not to touch her again. The same day, hefollowed her out side in the parking lot and started a convo about work and during the convo, he said "I just wanna tell you that you are really pretty".

Now, I told her to report that to HR, but she never did.

So, yesterday andohter female co-worker tell me that her has been starring at her and he touched her shoulder the other day and said "You are very pretty".

She says that he sits next to her and that he makes her uncomfortable. I told her to report it and this time she did. I saw her talking to her supervisor and to my manager about it....but their reaction is what's killing me!

They will firea female for sleeping on the job, or taking out her braids, but this mofo gets moved to another cubicle?

WTF?

I think I smell a Sexual Harrassment lawsuit..don't you? This mofo should be looking for a new JOB! not moving to another cube.

Your thoughts....

CD, this man is like 50+ years old. He's a very ROUND guy as well. It's gonna happen, they just need to let him go. I feel that this is his steez. This is how he gets down!

Touching women at the JOB? Rubbing on legs and shoulders in a way that makes a female wanna tell other co-workers and managers?

How many RED FLAGS they need? or they wanna go to court? the state of california don't play that shyt. All a few females gotta due is file a class action and they could get paid.

Hell yeah! Admin you could get a piece of that pie too.

In a class I took i learned that even if you hear something that makes you uncomfortable...or makes your working enviornment uncomfortable...you could take part in a harresment lawsuit. Its called working in a hostile enviornment.

is always telling me that there is more than one way to hit the lottery. She'll sue the company for sexual harassment if I go along with it and she'll slip the settlement with me.......

Shyt! I'm down like a mofo. I mean these women trust me enough to tell me about what this man is doing...so I have heard it twice in less than 30 days...

PS: The entire place is a hostile environment LOL.... I'll tell yall were I work after I bounce from there.

Yeah they thinking "Why Marcus don't touch me like that?" LOL :D

Seriously though I think brother man should have been let go to save the company a harrassment suit.

When I was at the police dept an officer was brought up on sexual harrassment charges by one of the records clerks because he told me a dirty joke and she was in the back of the office and "overheard" it. He was suspended for 30 days without pay.

Personally I think that was taking things too far but since Anita and the hairy soda incident...well...things just ain't the same no more.

It's only harassment if she don't like it. Old man needs to start flirting with old women.

I had this problem one time, and he was military....rank and what not i have no clue, but i know he was an officer because he was a student.

Anyway, was on the elevator, had on a mini skirt, another person was there as well.

Well he got on and said "you have some pretty hairy legs"

I said thank you. The other person just looked with a certain look on there face.

My floor came up, i'm walking off, he says "Damn i wish my wife had all that you got"

I was like know he did not and in uniform.

Well, the other person stopped the elevator, caught up with me and said if you don't report him i will.

The gave me the name on his shirt cause i couldn't see it. Finding who his superior was, was easy..all i needed was the name.

Anyway, i reported it. 1 week later i found out the person in the elevator reported it as well.

Haven't seen the Officer since.

The person in the elevator was a member of the Board of Regents, they are appointed by the President of the USA.

Now why they only moved him....who knows...they probably think he just being playful cause he old.

They indeed moved his cube, but I ask you....if you move the turd to another part of the room, don't the room still stink?

I mean, don't you gotta take the turd out and throw it in the trash?

Maybe they just wanted to move it a little downwind until they had time to properly dispose of it. . .:D

Dang man what is up with your job?

Do you think management didn't take them seriously? I mean they got folks taking braids out at work, sleepin on the job, etc..not saying that has any factor in if they shouldn't take this seriously.

Damn, moving him to another cubicle sounds the same as sweeping this under the rug.... lets move his seat so this will go away..

Then again management might be thinking and hoping these women aint smart enough to realize or know what sexual harrasement is.
