At night....

How many times, if any, do you get up and go pee in the middle of the night.

I get up at least once every nice...most of the times twice a night. I have been known to get up four times in one night to go to the bathroom. It is quite frustrating. Every time i wake up in the middle of the night i have to go to the bathroom. I dont know if I wake up because i have to pee or do i have to pee just cause i woke up(if that makes sense). I went to the doctors when i was 19 and had this procedure done..they said that my ureter was too small so they tried to make it bigger. It was an uncomfortable procedure and it didnt do anything. I don't go to the bathroom a lot during the day. And i have even stopped drinking anything after 8 pM (gotta treat myself like a baby:( ). Nothing works. I am almost to the point of going to the doctors again.

going to the sauna and sweating all the juice out......you'll be so
dry afterwards that anything you drink will get soaked up by the body instead of falling down to the bladder......

I may get up once during the night. Usually I will get up about 3:30 or 4:00. Most times I am able to sleep through the night without getting up and I drink water before bed.

That was one of the things I hated about being pregnant having to get up and pee in the middle of the night. Ugh! Once I'm in the bed I hate to get out so my bladder has been trained. LOL :p

Only happens to me when i eat alot of crabs and shrimp or if i get drunk. Other than that i sleep through the night......unless i hear something, then i'm up checking my son room!..lol

Generally, I can last through the night but for a while after I was pregnant and even still sometimes today, I will have a flashback and be up traipsing to the bathroom between 3-4 a.m. so I've had night lights leading the way there for 12 years and probably will keep them for at least 12 more. . .

... but I learned not to go to bed if there is even an inkling of a need for tinkling! Several years ago, i had a near bedwetting accident when I had a lot to drink before going to bed. It's funny how the body has defenses against injury. I must have had to go real bad...but what I remember is a dream, a dream that my body must have created to trick my mind into releasing the clutch I had on the muscle that was holding back the water works. I was dreaming I was running down a long corridor with many doors. I kept trying every door, on both sides of the hallway, desperate to get inside as though there was a bathroom behind all of the doors. I finally get one open, run in like my life depended on it, and stand up to the urinal to finally release the flow.... Needless to say, I was awakened by the very first sensations, and had to put the hammer lock of my life on my plumbing and vault out of the bed and into the bathroom. Thank God it wasn't one of those moments when the timing has my wife up and in there, or she would have been wet. No shit, I probably would have tried to squat and put it in between her legs... I was that desperate! It would have been a bizarre scene!

Don't you hate when you do have to get up in the middle of the night urgently, and your S/O is already there? Even with 3 bathrooms in the house, who wants to go all the way down stairs? Talk about a pet "peeve". PEE-ve...Get it? It's a JOKE Boy, I made a funny, look a me when I'm a talkin' to ya, Boy!" :D

I get up once during the night at about 2am. But during the day I have to go almost every 20 minutes. I'm always scared to go on a long trip. I think it's more my subconcious than anthing else.

Lovely, do you go to the bathroom a lot during the day or is it only at night that you have to urge to go frequently?

I usually make myself go to the bathroom before I go to bed... So I don't have to wake up in the middle of the night.. That irritates the hell out of me!!!
