size 2 vs size 3

i was watching mtv dismissed last night

and two girls was tryin to clown each other about their cloth size. one said "what size are you?" and the other said "size 2" and the first girl said "well, that's funny, i am a size 3 and you are so small" and went on to say (to the camera) that she hope the guy likes a girl with more curves.

WTF?

is there really THAT big of a difference?

can anyone tell the difference between 2 people who are only 1 size difference from each other?

Those that do it for a living should be able to...don't think the average person could.

Now I can't relate to a size 2 or 3, but everyone carries there weight differently and height and build also play a factor.

I can't tell the difference. I could never tell what size a person is, I could compare there body to mine, but I still wouldn't be accurate.

From my understanding. . .0 & odd sizes are junior sizes and sized on a smaller chart than women's even sizes are. . .I thought the women's sizes are supposedly fuller in the chest and hip areas.
