Manager catches fires another co-worker today....WTF?

Man, I go to lunch and come back 30 minutes later and another co-worker was fired.

Wow! that's two folks in less than a week. If you were a manager, would you let someone go right before Thanksgiving? or would you wait until the monday after and let them go?

I mean, that day, I did see her taking the hair out. But a customer cannot see what you look like over the phone, so even thought I thought it was "Tacky" I did not feel that she needed to be fired due to that issue.

It was probably the last straw for my manager and that is when she snapped..
