Why do they all have a standard lay~out... Is there template I can get somewhere...

Mel, the top 2 are VBulletin or Infopops UBB, all others have copied the same layout and format. There are about 10-20 good ones out there, but you know folks who write code all day...don't wanna go against the grain.
