View Full Version : Offical HN5 baked bean recipe

For those of you that asked for it.....here it is:
2 large cans of Bush's baked bean( I used the spicy flavored)
1/2 lb of cooked and seasoned ground beef ( or turkey)
1/2 vidalia onion
1/2 bell pepper
3 tblsp of bbq sauce
1 tblsp of syrup
1 tblsp of cinnamon
1 tblsp of nutmeg
slow clook in a crockpot for about 1 1/2 hours on low...ENJOY!

THanks.,....I will be using this..... any recipe that goes in the crockpot is a major plus in my book!

i made some baked beans using Bush beans and my mother's recipe yesterday
but honey... it's all about your recipe. you should have dropped this on me on thursday! lol...
hey ya'll get some ranch flavored doritos and make you some nachos (no cheese)

What kinda syrup is that? Ms. Butterworth or that Alaga (sp?) that I hear "countrified folks" talk about?

Too bizzy drinking and recording...I did not have any beans:(.., hell I had 1 sandwich, some cake and the rest was all to the MGD!!
