Definately not the the 'Trotters I grew~up with... No tricks... No Legends... No Flash... Just a bunch of dudes that couldn't make a NBA roster... Oliver Miller... Get the fu** out of here! This shit aint even funny, it's sick...:confused:

i've always wondered if they were real...like wrestling...and they really that good that they beat teams like so? and can they really do all those tricks while playing a serious game?

i think they field a team for the shows and one for these games against college players....but they are legit because they often beat or hold their own against the college boys...they usually play colleges during the preseason

To me the Harlem Globetrotters are not what I grew up with. Medowlark Lemons, Curly, etc., those guys were good. I don't know what this new Globetrotters team is.:confused:

they're not even hyped like they used to be...i remember when winning tickets to see them was a big thing, now, kids are like "we're going to see WHOM?"

kareem reid who used to play for univ of arkansas was the starting point...that was surprising....
and big O ...he kinda is a side show now that he can't keep his weight under control....

these globetrotters were serious! they were tryin to win...and almost did so....

If they play Duke, they would take an "L..." They are a joke... The whole team is a side show, with washed~out NBA talent...

The Old School 'Trotters actually game NBA Squad trouble, these 'Trotters couldn't even beat the Grillies or Clippers...

Hell, they could not make either of the worst NBA teams' rosters...
