Clear history on a MAC

We all have MACs here in my office and I need to know how to clear the history on this thing. I am on the HUSH and also doing my new thing Real Estate and need to get that stuff cleared out. HELP!!!!

Well that history is pretty interesting (from a geek standpoint)

I remember the following:

The Mac's Gui (Windows, Mouse etc) was not invented by Apple, but was innovated by Xerox...you know...the printer company....

But it was Apple that made it as popular as it is today.

I remember the LISA comming out before the Mac...

And I remember the famous 1984-esq Macintosh commercial:
