I was watching CNN show last night called Life Beyond Limits.
Here's is the premise of the show:

I am totally digging this show. It has me thinking about the limits of my own body.
A point that a lady 'free diver' made was how it's all about finding the limits of your own body, and then, pushing to realize its much deeper than you thought it was and realizing your full capabilities and also knowing your body's maximum limit
