View Full Version : Where's the top 10-20 posts?

I like the new look. But I also like when the Hush had that top 10 (or even top 20 ) posts on the front page. I like the "new posts" button a lot. But I also like to see the top 10-20 posts at any time. It doesn't have to be on the front page. Also this function may already be here...but I might not have found it...yet.

I just thought that I would still provide some feedback.

Hahah. You are correct. I can care less about who the top 10 posters are. That is why I said "top 10 posts".

You know...on the "old" hush front page...it shows the last 10 post...

Hea...maybe I should say...

The 10-20 most recent posts...

Yeah...that's better. That's what I am looking for. yeah.

Lemme explain the Upgrade Bro.

The Top 10-20 and front page option was the OLD Hush. I was running 2 seperate versions of software. One was called Vbulletin (this board) and the attachment (Front Page and Top Posts) was called VBPortal.

To upgrade the VBulletin, I had to remove VBPortal from the entire board and then upgrage the Hush. I am not keen on bringing the VBPortal attachment back to the Hush as it was a short experiment and as yall saw, I did not update it that much.

The Hush is user/member driven, so it updates itsself.

Yo, if I find a hack to incorporate the Top 10 into the front page, I might do that just for you. For now the "New Posts" link will have to work.

They have a hot post item on the right of the forum to show you what is hot and what is not.

Ok Bright and Zuri....

If you look at the envelopes on the new post or today's post page, it will tell you which ones are hot or not. The Red or Orange ones are hot, the ones that look cool are not hot topics....

Got it, so pay attention to the envelopes on that screen aight.
