Midnights Damn Damn Damn in the Ghetto Booty post made me think that as I was tooling around Atlanta earlier today I also was saying DAMN DAMN DAMN but for a different reason, lol

You know it only takes a little bit to figure out how to successfully look good when you step out the house and this is not about size, beauty, color, hair texture or anything just common damn sense.

So why don't we for the men and the women start giving out some advice about how to NOT go out the house (this is meant to be wrapped around lightheartness)

I'll start:

Bic, Gillette, Lady Gillette, No name Brand - DAMN GET YOU A RAZOR!!!!! or wear some sleeves!!!!!!!

Alot of us, like myself get a little pale in the winter, lol Don't spring it all on us at once, lol We got a couple of weeks before it's officially summer. So start the coloring in sections, lol A little arm, a little leg, lol I saw some transparent people today, lol lol

Brothers, if you haven't quite taken a look at your summer wardrobe and what not, you know gotten your short sleeves etc. out - DOUBLE UP ON THE DEO! I was standing beside a brother rocking some long sleeves and almost passed the FUCK OUT!!!

Summerize your feet before wearing sandals in public.

It's okay to say "hey I picked up some weight over the winter" and maybe get you a size up.

This sista at my job was very antsy today so I asked if she was alright and she replied "I haven't been to the bathroom all day" so I was like "I'll hang out here while you go" and she was like "Nah I'll wait till I get home" and I'm like "Uh that could be dangerous or something" to which she replied "Nah I'm embarassed - it took me so long to get into these pants that I really don't think I'll be able to get them back buttoned without assistance so I'll wait" I just looked at her and didn't offer up any assistance. Give me a break!

Hahahaha. . .this is funny.

I'm fairer skinned but I can get extremely "see-through" in the winter . . .I have no problem hitting the tanning salon or slapping on some bronzer.

You would be amazed at how many people just think slapping on some lotion, baby oil or Vaseline is appropriate skin care.

However, the skin on your body not only requires 'greasin up'. . .it also requires exfoliation. Here's some good choices:

But you can get just about any type of salt, sugar or nut scrub(walnut, almond, etc.) that will do the trick.

And if you happen to be one of those people with oily skin or your chest, back and upper arms. . .then it wouldn't hurt to invest in some type of mask or treatment to help draw out that excess oil.

I have seen one too many ladies (but this doesn't excuse the men, by any means. . .) sporting halters, tube tops, spaghetti straps, tank tops and strapless dresses with the most hideous looking body acne. That just detracts from the whole presentation. . .I'm not talking about just scars either. . .I am talking full 'break-out'.

And last but not least. . .take care of the elbows and knees. . .I can't stand to see extremely dark elbows or knees. . .you can and probably should work on getting rid of some of that hard build-up before slicking it up with all that smell-good lotion or body oil.
