Spring/Summer Wardrobes

I took out all of my spring/summer stuff finally and I was plesantly surprised at the choices I made last summer. I made some good solid ones and they still fit! :D

Now I'm going and look at what's going to be out this summer and get a few odds and ends to round it out.

I know by now we've all been shopping and looking around - what are you sistas interested in copping for the wardrobe this summer?

shorts and a tshirt...and i am perfectly straight..:D

add a couple of light, springy dresses..and i even more straighter.

im not a clothes person.

I'm trying to figure out how to rock some of this Pink that is out now. I know Shyt mentioned this in another post, but so far I think I'm just to red to be rocking Pink, whatever that means, everytime I put some up against my skin I'm not liking it. I do like the contrast on darker skin tones.

My work wardrobe is pretty set though I could always use some new shoes.

Since it looks like I'm gonna have a man for the summer - I do want to flush out my weekend attire, make it a bit more crazy, sexy, cool and a lot less I'm her momma, lol

I have all these clothes (I don't even have enough hangers :eek: ) , but I doubt that I'll wear anything different from what I wore this fall/winter.

I'm trying to figure out what to do w/all this damn pink myself. I have the new pink shoes (right now I just wear them around the house) and some other pink stuff, but the pinks are different tones.

I can't wear anything I wore last year, I can't wear anything for too long, so I just want to buy a couple things here and there....but I just don't know what to get!!! Maybe a couple of dresses....

I'm in desperate need of some new sandals. Some high heels and some flat ones.

I bought a pink short sleeve sweater with the initials. I wasn't sure about how I'd look in pink but it looked nice.

I'm more into the darker hues of pink like fuscia. I tried on some pink shoes but I wasn't feeling how they looked on my feet.

...my mother TRAUMATIZED me with pink when i was little!! i can't STAND the color!! FUSCHIA is about the ONLY shade of pink that i can tolerate!!!

I haven't really had a whole lot of time to look. . .I've browsed through a few catalogs I have but I haven't looked at the fashion websites that I used to so diligently keep up on.

If I have the time, I'll post some of the looks that I'm feeling.

I'm going to the mall later today and I might do a little bit of shopping.

In all actuality, I don't "need" anything new. . .I can coast on the things I have but it's always nice to buy new things.

My style is a mix of feminine and sexy. . .I can dress down and do the "comfortable thing". . jeans, t-shirt, etc. but it doesn't show off what I consider to be my best features and to be honest it's quite boring to look at.

I dress cute whether I'm dating or not. . .so I always have an excuse to buy what I want because it's for me.
