Yo, Fam....
As many of yall may know, I have been on a dialup service for the last month and I hate it!!! So, we ordered Cable Modem access again and here's an update on what's been going on.

Saturday
=========
Install of new service. Installer showed up 2 hours late and brought me a broken modem. He left and said he would be back on Tuesday morning.

Tuesday Morning
==============
A different installer came and spent 2 hours here. Replaced the broken cable modem with 2 new ones and still could not get me activated.

Tuesday Night
================
I got home from work and called support and fussed at them. Now I have another appointment for Wednesday Morning and Thursday Morning.


Fam, this is a shame huh? I mean what in the hell is going on? The account is even in Mrs. Admin's maiden name this time...these dudes are just clowns and like to waist their time?

3-6 trips to my crib and I still have no service? WOW! They need the get the Maytag repairman out of retirement ...he did shyt right the first time..

Can you say trifflin???

Yeah, it is the same company as before. But here's the thing. The last brotha comes over the crib and in 10minutes, I'm up and running.

I'm still in shock, but I have not cancelled my NetZero membership for fear that this is a joke:D

The cause if the whole thing was that I was not given the proper type of modem for my service area.

He switched out the modem, rebooted my PC and WHAM!!!!! I was on!!!

Then even gave me his cell phone number so if I had issues...to just call him in the future.

Took me two weeks and 4 techs to get a genius over her to (Remi Red) Fix My Hush!!!

@home service went out of business. When I moved my cable modem became obsolete. I had to switch to the cable companies pipeline service.

No biggie I think. They are willing to guarantee the price I already have.

How about I can't get an appointment until Dec 1. So I'm have NO INTERNET ACCESS until then. I am at my Moms creeping along on her slow ass computer trying to get my Hush on.

Oh Lawd! What iz I gone do????
