Well, I'm into about Day 60 of my Bodybuilding regimen and I'm happy to report that I'm now down to 206.7 lbs.

I started out at 241.4

I've lost about 35 lbs in the last two months and I'm looking and feeling much, much better!

My stomach has flattened out again. But I'm still too smooth and retaining too much water at this point for any good cuts to come through yet. I'm still about 2 months away from that point.

For the most part, I followed the diet that I posted in my last thread named "DIARY'.

Now, the diet is changing a little bit. I am now going to a very low carb diet every other day and an all carb meal for the final meal on the days in between

For instance:

Day 1: 5 meals consisting of HIGH PROTEIN, LOW FAT and LOW GLYCEMIC CARBS (green veggies for example)

Day 2: 4 meals consisting of HIGH PROTEIN, LOW FAT and LOW GLYCEMIC CARBS (green veggies for example), and the 5th meal is meal that consists of nothing but carbs.

5th meal:

1.5 cups of Cream of Wheat
1.5 cups of Brown Rice
8oz Sweet Potato
1 Banana
1 cup of Vegetables
1 TBS of Butter (mixed in with rice and veggies and potato)

This is the Shredding Phase of the diet. The first phase was a weight reduction and base diet phase. This part is what brings out the cuts and abs and lines. I should lose about another 10 to 15 lbs through this phase (about 2 months or so) and get to 190 or so with about 7% bodyfat.

But I fit in my size 34 pants now! And my smaller shirts again! I'm wearning stuff I haven't worn in like three years!

I'm still weight training 5 days a week and doing Cardio 4 days a week.

Weight training is still the same: Chest/Bis, Back/Tris, Legs, Shoulders, another session of Arms.

Cardio consists of (now)

1) 3 miles a day on treadmill at 5.5 to 6.0 mph (about 20 mins)

2) High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) (about 8 minutes)

When I first started with the cardio I was only running about 0.6 miles. But I would add .05 miles every session. After about 2 months, I was at a steady 3 miles. Very gradual and very easy.

My HIIT training was at 2 minutes a session (this shyt hurts!) but after 2 months I'm now at 8 minutes of intervals of jogging and sprinting.

When it's all said and done, I plan to be at 5 miles on the treadmill and 15 minutes of HIIT.

Blood pressure is now down to 96/64 (was at 130/90)
Resting heart beat is down and cholesterol is very good.
