I remember red bone, light skin, brown skin and dark skin. But, can someone please tell when in the H - E double hockey sticks did we start comparing our skin complexion to candy and snacks?? I hear I'm caramel color or a hershey chocolate color ........and almond brown just kills me. What makes it even worse is.....this is coming from bruthas. One fool even told me his skin was a "toasted almond brown" complexion. WTH???? I pictured in my mind the Humor ice cream truck "toated alomond popsicle" and shivered in fear. I couldn't help myself asking him did he have a 25 lb bag of sugar in his azz too. Is this just a Georgia thing?

those descriptions came from the white makeup companies trying to sell foundation to us...unfortunately, we are so fuckin' stupid that we adopt those shits as our own...

Heres my idea, i must agree that it probalby did come from makeup companys. It sound like a marketing scheme, they name the colors something that is "supposed" sound appealing and tease the senses.
I guess that by naming them candies people will be more accepable to them and think that they to are "tastey" like the candy!:upretty:
