But I used to be at the receptionist desk a few years ago; shared it w/2 other women. Always SOMETHING!!! Those heffas would sit there and grin all day at one another and as soon as the one would leave, the other would start in on her. And they have the nerve to talk about us!! Keeblers talk just as much chit as we do about one another if not more. I used to listen to the never ending complaints, remarks, put downs, etc they would spat out. And not once did they bumb heads. I was determined to get the hell away from that place before I stepped on somebody's neck for being two faced. I HATE two faced folk! I don't care what color you are. If we can not be cool ALL the time, we can't be cool ANY time!

I sit at my desk all day long with my headphones on, doing my work.

I only talk on IM, even to my supervisor.

I hear stuff when I'm changing my CD but most of the time I pretend not to. The last thing I want to be involved in is office bullsh*t.

Plus I surf the net alot, actually everybody does but nobody bothers anybody or tells on anybody as long as you don't bother or tell on them.

I keep to myself, smile say good morning, see ya tomorrow. That's about it.

I'm a rude boy, as though you didn't know, and I don't smile, that keeps folks away from me.

I let folks know up front that I have friends outside of work so I don't come to work to make any, it an't no social club. I come to work to make money.

But I'm dealing with a handful of black folks...who got some serious issues, Now mind you I work for a "GOSPEL" and a Business Talk radio station the Negroes front like they love the LORD...and throwing knives in your back.....The Business Talk station no problem, the Keeblers and I get along it's all business....(The Head Keebler) who owns both stations I report directly to him.....I'm constantly having to do battle with the boojey, prozac, born again christian folks!!!! or attempting to cover up the comedy of errors......WTF...and they're so PETTY!!!....I've always wanted to work for a business that was providing a service for black folks.....But low and behold, had I known how truly, truly messy we are......oooooooo I'm just fucking speechless.....I wish I could fire each and every one of them...and rehire a whole new group of black folks.....from the employees, to the Bible toting I love the Lord, born again, can't read..bootleg preachers,overstuffed choir director,church treasurer who don't know diddly about business.....

I refuse to believe that Creflo, TDJakes, Dr Price..or any other prominent, respectable preacher or man of God would handle business in such a unprofessional and ungodly manner.
