That right tough guys, I said "yummy", as in "I got love in my tummy". These clementine oranges are like candy! I just bought them Sunday and I am already halfway through the crate.... gotta get some more and let it be my sweet tooth fix! This is bound to be my new second favorite thing in my mouth.

It's a trip to see that 3 years ago (2001) the U.S. had banned those clementines coming in from Spain for a while out of concern for the influx of the Med Fly. Aye Carumba! I think these are from Canada. The peel comes off so easy, getting vitamin C can't be any easier! Keep them in the fridge and the 5 a day of fruit/veggies will be a snap!

They were in the local Stop and Shop in a crate for $6.
I think they have a small window of availability.
This week they are hard to find. Maybe there is a place to order them but I can only imagine what the price tag is on that!

I love oranges too. Unfortunately I am allergic to them, but every once in a while I'll eat one and suffer the consequences :(
