ive lost close to 20 pounds in since march, without trying.

this has worried me quite dearly.

ive done the HIV test thing (negative)...i give blood every three months and i get tested every six months.

the doctor said that it could be stress...but i had some other blood work stuff done this past week...no results yet, but its kinda worrisome..there are alot of diseases that can be associated with unexplained weight loss.

the doctor said not to worry too much, because it would be a bigger concern if i was losing like 10-15 pounds a month.

i dont know when i started losing wieght...i wieghed myself last at my yearly in march..and when i went to the doctor in september i had lost 15 lbs...and two months later ive lost 5 more.

i done heard of being stressed out...but stressed enough to just drop weight.

anyone else just start to lose weight for no reason?

Don't automatically assume that you are sick, just take a look at your eating habits.

I've lost about 20lbs since July and at first I was like "I'm not trying" but then I took a new look at what I do.

I cut out alot of fried foods, added more veggies cus I had some blood pressure issues and I was determined to get it down...WHICH I DID. :D

I also changed jobs and eating habits. I cook now at least 3x a week where as before I was eating fast food every night cus I was at work every nite. Fast food is HIGH in calorie compared to what I cook.

My new job, I'm up and down all day calling folks to the phone etc etc. At my last job I sat non stop for 8 hours.

Take a step back and look at those things it may be something you've overlooked.
